Better Faster And Streamlined Fleet Messaging From Navman
A faster and more streamlined communications system for businesses and their field staff has been launched by Keele-based Navman Wireless Business Solutions.
The stylish MDT-860 Mobile Data Terminal - a low cost, reliable and secure two-way messaging solution - offers companies a fast, user friendly and dependable way of communicating with their fleet.
The compact high-tech terminal provides businesses with a system to send job details, directions or unlimited messages to staff using GPS satellite technology, the Vodafone GPRS network and the internet.
With the MDT-860, employers can send and receive messages from the office PC straight to the dashboard. Operators can utilise either their existing call management package, or Navman Wireless OnlineAVL - cutting edge automatic vehicle locator software.
Boasting sleek and refined aesthetics, the terminal offers drivers the option to either use an alphanumeric keyboard or to plug in an external device.
In one simple operation and one click of a mouse, pre-set status or unlimited text messages can be dispatched to all members of a company's fleet. Time and money are saved as field communications are streamlined.
